How to connect

Subscribers of the company (except for PRIVET subscribers) - individuals, citizens of the Republic of Belarus - can activate the service at the sales and service centers of the company or at official attorneys on the basis of an application in the form established by the company upon presentation of a passport.

PRIVET subscribers can connect CCIS on their own using the USSD request * 126 * 5 # and the call key. In response to the received USSD request, you need to specify the PUK 1 code of the SIM card you are using.

After activating the ISSA service, you need to register on the page www.internet.velcom.by. To do this, you must enter your subscriber number, and then send a USSD request (* 141 * 0 # and the call key). In response, you will receive a unique 6-digit password (valid for 1 hour).

To change the password, use the "Additional" menu item. You can choose any combination of six digits for your personal password, as well as set its validity period up to 1 year.

Attention! Actions performed through CCIS using a password are equated to actions performed by the subscriber personally. The subscriber is personally responsible for the safety of his password. In case of its disclosure, it is necessary to personally inform the specialists of the company's service department (upon presentation of a passport).

Password blocking

Subscribers of the company (except for PRIVET subscribers) can temporarily block access to the password. Disconnection

PRIVET subscribers can independently disable CCIS using the USSD request * 126 * 5 # and the call key. To use the service again, you need to reconnect it using a USSD request and register on the website www.internet.velcom.by.

password- a combination of 8 (eight) digits, which is provided to the subscriber (except for the subscriber of the tariff plan (hereinafter referred to as TP) “Video surveillance”, “Satellite monitoring”) by USSD-request during the registration process at https: //my.site, or a code PUK1 SIM-cards for the subscriber of TP "Video surveillance", which are used for authorization in CCIS;
personal password - a combination of 8 (eight) digits, which is indicated by the subscriber independently instead of the password;
application- an application for a change in the set of services recorded by the subscriber through CCIS.

1. All new subscribers have access to CCIS automatically when concluding a contract.
Subscribers can access the CCIS on their own using the USSD request * 141 * 3 * 6 # call. In response to the received message, the subscriber must indicate the PUK1 code of the SIM card used.

3. During the registration process, the subscriber is assigned a unique password that is valid for 15 (fifteen) minutes. After the specified time has elapsed, the password is canceled and the subscriber needs to re-register.
The PUK1 code of the SIM card is used by the subscribers of the Video Surveillance and Satellite Monitoring TPs as a unique password. The possibility of using PUK1 SIM-card for subscribers of other tariff plans is provided on the basis of the client's application at the sales and service centers (hereinafter referred to as CPiO) or at the sales and service points (hereinafter referred to as PPO) of the attorneys of FE VELCOM.
4. The subscriber has the right to independently change the password to a personal password. The validity period of the personal password is set by the subscriber independently for a period of up to 1 (one) year, after which the subscriber can receive a new password by re-registering.
For subscribers using PUK1 for registration in CCIS, you can change the password to a personal password during the initial registration in CCIS.
5. Information about the validity period of the used password / personal password is displayed in CCIS.
6. The subscriber can receive information about the used password / personal password by sending a USSD request * 141 * 0 # call.
7. The subscriber has the right to refuse to receive a personal password by means of a USSD request. Providing the subscriber with the opportunity to re-register and receive a new password in case of loss, expiration of the personal password, disclosure of old passwords or emergency and / or independent closure of access to the CCIS is carried out by the company upon a written request from the client, drawn up in the CPiO) or the application software of the attorneys upon presentation of the document identity.
Subscribers using PUK1 for registration in CCIS have the opportunity to re-register using a password and receive a new personal password in case of loss, disclosure of the old personal password or emergency and / or self-termination of access to CCIS.
8. Actions performed by the subscriber using CCIS using a password / personal password are equated to actions performed by the client personally in accordance with and under the terms of the contract concluded with the company.
9. The subscriber is fully responsible for the safety of the password / personal password. In case of disclosure of the password / personal password and / or loss of the SIM-card, the subscriber is obliged to immediately inform the company about this in order to urgently close access to the CCIS by contacting the information service at 411-0, 410, 80173303030 or with a written statement to the Central Control Center or the PPO of the company's attorneys. All actions performed in CCIS prior to contacting the company for emergency closure of access to CCIS are equated to actions performed by the client personally in accordance with the concluded contract.
10. If within 10 minutes the subscriber does not perform any actions in CCIS, the service session will be interrupted. All applications, formed but not completed at the time of termination of the session with CCIS, will be canceled. The subscriber is given the opportunity to initiate a new session.
11. In the process of executing applications, one-time fees for the services provided are debited from the balance sheet in accordance with the tariff plan.
12. Changes in the list of selected services come into effect within 24 hours from the moment of their registration with CCIS. In this case, the subscriber independently monitors the comments on the registered application.
13. Applications for connection / disconnection of services, generated in CCIS, in the presence of financial claims to the client from the company, as well as if the subscriber's service was suspended by the company, may be rejected.
14. If the address of delivery of invoices is repeatedly changed during the month, the regular invoice will be sent by the company to the address indicated on the last day of the reporting period.
15. Subscribers serviced on a prepaid basis can connect additional services if there is sufficient funds on the balance sheet to write off payments in accordance with the current tariffs of the company.
16. Information on the state of the balance and the balance of traffic included in the subscription fee is updated in CCIS as soon as the data on the communication services consumed by the subscriber and the payments made are received in the settlement system. When using the International Roaming service, the cost of the consumed communication services is calculated upon receipt of the relevant information from the roaming partners.
17. Using CCIS, the subscriber can independently perform the following operations:
17.1. receive information about the balance;
17.2. receive information about the remaining minutes, SMS, MMS, Internet traffic provided for by the subscriber's TP;
17.3. receive information about PIN1, PUK1, PIN2, PUK2 codes of the used SIM card;
17.4. receive information on the history of payments (for the last 2 months), register information on the payment made (except for clients connected under fixed-term contracts), top up the balance using express payment cards;
17.5. change the method and / or address of delivery of invoices;
17.6. order a repeat of a regular account to an e-mail address;
17.7. receive information about charges for an open billing period;
17.8. view the details for the previous 2 months (except for subscribers served on the "Online", "Easy" tariffs);
17.9. choose, and also change, at its discretion, the list of services used for an additional fee, in accordance with the tariffs approved by the company, taking into account the restrictions in the procedures for the provision of services, the current TP and conditions of service. The list of services, operations with which can be performed through CCIS, is indicated on the website www.site.
17.10. view the amount of the remaining payments for equipment purchased in installments, the amount of the monthly payment, the date of the installment payment;
17.11. pay for equipment purchased in installments without contacting the company's sales and service center (except for equipment purchased in installments for 18 months).
18. If the service "Barring all outgoing calls" is available, operations with other services are unavailable until it is disabled.
19. If a client who has access to CCIS wishes to terminate the contract by transferring the right to use the subscriber number to a third party with the written consent of the company, the new client gets access to CCIS in accordance with this Procedure, taking into account the existing restrictions in the rules for the provision of services, the current TP and the terms of customer service.
20. The subscriber can independently close access to CCIS by sending a USSD request * 141 * 3 * 6 # call.
21. The company has the right to unilaterally restrict the subscriber's access to CCIS in case of reason to believe that the subscriber is committing an offense causing damage to the company or third parties.
22. The company has the right to introduce new services, change the nature and method of rendering services that can be connected or disconnected by the subscriber through CCIS.
23. The company has the right to unilaterally change this Procedure by publishing the changes on the company's official website www.site.
