Lenovo S820 - Specifications. Bluetooth is a standard for secure wireless transfer of data between different types of devices over short distances.

Reviews, specifications and features this device- this is what will be discussed in this small review. This device went on sale more than a year ago, but even now its performance allows you to easily solve most problems. At the same time, its price during this time has decreased significantly, but the quality has not changed. The reliability of the gadget raises no objections - the device works stably.

CPU

The smartphone is equipped with a powerful processor model 6589 with the index "W" from the Chinese company "MediaTEC". It consists of four cores of the Cortex A7 revision and each of them operates at a frequency of 1.2 GHz in the highest load mode. If the device is not loaded or is in standby mode, then their frequency is reduced to 250 MHz. At minimum load, it is possible that only one of them is in operation. This decision of Chinese engineers can significantly save battery life. But all these are "dry" numbers that are incomprehensible to ill-informed buyers. In reality, the resources of this CPU are sufficient for most tasks: watching movies, listening to music and radio, surfing the web, typing and editing office documents. Even toys shouldn't be a problem with rare exceptions. Only the most demanding applications of the latest generation of such a plan will not be able to work on a device in which the MTK 6589 processor with the "W" index is installed.

Graphics adapter and display

A large 4.7-inch screen and high-performance graphics strengths this smartphone model. The screen resolution is 1280x720 pixels, that is, the picture on the screen is displayed in HD quality. The pixel density is currently acceptable 312 PPI. The type of matrix used "IPS" provides the maximum viewing angles of the Lenovo S820 display. The screen and quad-core processor are harmoniously complemented by the SGX 544 graphics card developed by PowerVR. In total, all of the above allows you to provide high-quality image on the display screen, which, moreover, moves smoothly, without jerking.

Appearance and usability

This smartphone is quite impressive: 139 mm long, 69 mm high and 8.9 mm thick. The device weighs only 143 g! Despite the fact that the display of Lenovo S820 has a diagonal of 4.7 inches, the device is easily placed in the hand and allows you to calmly control yourself even with one hand. According to its characteristics, this smartphone belongs to the class of monoblocks with the possibility of touch input. The front panel of the device is made of protective glass, which makes it possible to do without protective film, which comes with the device, so there are no problems with protecting the front of the gadget. In the upper part, next to the earpiece, there is a camera for making video calls and a light sensor. There are three "classic" buttons under the screen: "Home", "Back" and "Menu". Along the entire perimeter and on the back side, the body of the smartphone is made of plastic. On the left there is a volume swing, on top, closer to the right corner, there is a button to turn off the gadget. Next to it there is a socket for connecting external acoustics. There is a micro USB connector at the bottom in the middle.

It allows you to exchange information with a computer. On the back there is only the main camera with LED backlight. The phone is available in three color schemes: white, red and gray. The first option is not entirely practical - dirt is visible. But Lenovo S820 RED is perfect for those of the fairer sex who like to wear a lot of red things. It will harmoniously complement their appearance.

The gray version is universal. It doesn't get very dirty and looks solid. Suitable for everything that is possible.

Memory and its amount

Lenovo S820 WHITE, like other modifications of this device, is equipped with 1 GB random access memory... This volume is quite enough for comfortable work on this device. Integrated flash memory 4 GB. It is distributed as follows: 1.2 GB is the operating system itself, 0.8 GB is used to install applications and utilities, and 2 GB is used to store user information. All of this is clearly not enough for comfortable work, so an additional micro-CD drive is indispensable. This card is installed in an expansion slot and its maximum capacity can be equal to 64 GB. In the original configuration, it is not available - you will have to buy it separately.

Communications

The set of communications for this model is quite wide. This list contains:

  • Wi-Fi for high-speed access to the global web;
  • Support for networks of the 2nd and 3rd generation, both for making calls and for connecting to the Internet. At the same time, one important nuance should be noted. With networks of the 3rd generation, only one SIM card works, which is installed in slot 1. But the second one can function in the standard gsm, that is, the 2nd generation.
  • Bluetooth for sharing small files with similar devices.
  • Micro USB that allows you to exchange information with a PC.
  • provides navigation.

Among the shortcomings, one can single out the fact that there is no support for 4th generation networks. In the first case, there is nothing to worry about. This standard is outdated, both morally and physically. It was replaced by bluetooth. But the second remark is significant. Without the support of 4th generation networks, it is impossible to get high-speed access to the global web. But so far this standard has not become widespread and cannot be used everywhere.

The battery and its real capabilities

The boxed version of the Lenovo S820 GRAY is equipped with a 2000 milliampere battery. Its capacity will be enough, according to the manufacturer, for 10 hours of communication in third-generation networks and 22 hours of the second. You can listen to music on one charge for 12 hours. In reality, with a light load, this device will work autonomously for 3-4 days. This is a pretty decent figure for a device with such hardware stuffing and a large screen diagonal.

Cameras

Like most similar devices, this device has two cameras. One of them for 2 megapixels is brought to the front of the gadget and is intended for video communication. There is no reason to expect high-quality pictures and perfect video recording from her. But the second 12 megapixel is displayed on the back cover of the smartphone and is perfect for this kind of tasks. Additionally, it is equipped with LED backlight for shooting in the dark. An image stabilization system has also been implemented. The video resolution obtained with it is 1920 pixels in length and 1080 pixels in width, that is, in full hd quality.

ON

Unfortunately, not the most latest version The OS is installed by the manufacturer on Lenovo S820. Feedback from the owners suggests that now the default is "Android" with serial number 4.2. In general, there is nothing wrong with that. Most programs will be able to run without any problems on this modern device. There is no need to wait for system updates yet, although the leading Chinese manufacturer may release an upgrade. The OS itself is installed with additional settings... Among them, we can highlight the presence of Lenovo Launcher, which makes it easy and simple to customize the device interface to the needs of each user. Among the pre-installed software are international social services. But their domestic counterparts will have to be installed separately. Also on this model the smartphone, the main applications of "Google" ( social service Gmail +, mail client Gmail, Google Maps).

What do the reviews say?

A year later, the Lenovo S820 smartphone still remains a fairly balanced device. Reviews from satisfied owners of this gadget are another confirmation of this. The Chinese engineers did an excellent job of creating the hardware. The processor does not overheat. The crash test results show high stability of the gadget functioning. The software component also raises no objections. Users have not noticed "glitches" and freezes on the device. All in all, a great product that will last you more than one year.

And what do we end up with?

The Lenovo S820 is somehow flawless. Reviews about him only convince. He doesn't have weaknesses, but it has everything that is necessary for work and play: an impeccable processor, a large screen, a powerful graphics adapter, a wide range of communications. The price of the device today is a modest $ 160. In general, this smartphone will be an excellent purchase that will surely serve you for more than one year.

In the novelty under consideration today, Lenovo smartphone S820, the Chinese manufacturer has managed to combine excellent performance, excellent multimedia functionality, and at the same time maintain a very pleasant price. And all this is in a charming slim case with a red back cover.

Description

In the design of the packaging, the manufacturer for once decided to approach more original. This time the traditional box made of nondescript light cardboard is complemented by a white dust jacket with the model name engraved on it. The inside of this dust jacket is painted red. It is strange why this is so, because no one will appreciate this in a closed state anyway.

In the box itself we find the already familiar ascetic set of accessories:

Budget headphones (with a red cord to match the smartphone);

Charger with micro-USB cable;

Instructions in Chinese (even for relatively expensive models, Lenovo has not yet bothered to adapt its instructions in language);

Protective film on the screen.

Due to its red color, the smartphone will impress with its appearance, first of all, on girls. The elegant red border around the case, coupled with the pleasant roundness of the shape, will certainly attract additional customers for this model. The back cover is made of matte, slightly rough red hard plastic, thanks to which Lenovo S820 lies very confidently in the hand, and the tactile sensations from touching it are very pleasant. For men, Lenovo has a more conservative white version of this mobile phone case.

Lenovo S820 is made as a cast one, no matter how we tried (within reasonable limits, of course), the case does not creak, play, or crack. However, it is not necessary to expect otherwise, according to this parameter Lenovo has long been able to give odds to more eminent brands. The thickness of the model's case is 8.95mm, and although this is not the most record result, it is very close to it. The mobile phone is visually and tactilely very thin and fits in the hand extremely comfortably. Rest Lenovo dimensions The S820 are average among their classmates.

As for the external controls and other elements, everything here is quite in the spirit of the manufacturer, the minimum is enough:

Power button and headset on the top;

Micro-USB connector at the bottom;

Volume rocker on the right;

Front camera, charging indicator and speaker grill above the display;

Three standard buttons "Menu", "Home", "Back" under the display;

Camera, LED and speaker grill on the back cover.

Screen

The Lenovo S820 display is made using OGS technology (non-separable sensor and matrix) based on an IPS matrix. As a result, it maintains virtually unchanged color reproduction, brightness and contrast at the most extreme viewing angles. Screen resolution - 1280x720 pixels. The interface elements look very nice. Compared to displays of the same diagonal of lower resolution, the difference, although not critical, is noticeable. On the whole, the screen leaves a very pleasant impression.

Iron

Thanks to a relatively new processor model, a quad-core MTK6589 with a frequency of 1.2GHz, the smartphone has very good performance. The response time to user actions is minimal, interface elements and programs react almost instantly. The Antutu benchmark mobile phone gains 13917 points.

Other parameters

The sound of external speakers in Lenovo S820 has an average volume, to be honest, it would be possible to put more powerful speakers, given their penny. But the smartphone allows you to set separate melodies for each SIM card for calls and messages.

As you would expect from a well-known brand, when testing wireless interfaces we did not have any problems, they kept in touch perfectly.

Camera

The 12-megapixel camera, equipped with flash and autofocus, is fast enough and provides a very decent image quality in good lighting conditions. If you shoot in poor light and with a flash, everything is not so rosy here. But, nevertheless, in contrast to cheap models, autofocus catches the subject quite quickly and confidently.

The video is shot at a maximum resolution of 1920x1080. As for a phone camera, it is pretty decent, with a decent dynamic range. It may not be outstanding considering the Full HD resolution, but we are still dealing with a phone. All this works under the control of the proprietary utility "Supercamera".

Front camera 2.0 megapixels for video calls has the usual photo quality for this class of devices, nothing outstanding.

Firmware

Operating system - Android 4.2.1. It has a Lenovo proprietary add-on that expands the standard functionality of the OS and provides extensive opportunities for customizing the appearance of the smartphone interface.

Finally, the ability to operate an FM radio receiver without the need to connect headphones has been implemented.

Lenovo S820 White Smartphone

Manufacturers of Chinese mobile technology delight buyers not only with the regular release of new products, but also with a wide price range of their devices. So, in the range of smartphones from Lenovo, you can easily find both high-performance budget phones and top models. The latter can be safely attributed to Lenovo S820, which, despite its rich functionality, is still cheaper than branded world counterparts.

In the CIS countries, the smartphone is available in two colors: white and red. The white version has a glossy finish, while the red version is made of a pleasant velvety matte material.

Lenovo sells 4 mobile devices every second

In the second quarter of 2013, the company managed to sell 29 million devices. Net income for this period was $ 220 million, increasing last year's result by 36%. The company also became the No. 1 PC manufacturer in the world, gaining 17.7% of the total market. Sales of Smart TVs, tablets and smartphones were collectively higher than sales of computers, accounting for 15% of the company's total revenue. Last year this percentage was 8.

Powerful and functional

The S820 is powered by a quad-core MTK6589 processor with a clock speed of 1.2 GHz. The volume of the built-in RAM is 1 GB, and the permanent memory is 4 GB, it can be expanded Micro cards SD up to 64GB. The phone screen has a diagonal of 4.7 inches, a high-quality IPS matrix and HD resolution of 1280 * 720 pixels - the picture is bright and clear, you can look at the screen from any angle, while the image remains the same. For all Lenovo smartphones, it is characteristic to work with 2 SIM cards in 3G and GSM networks. The dialer and phonebook are well adapted to work with two SIM cards and allow you to exclude calls from the wrong card. Battery capacity 2000 mAh and one charge lasts almost 1 day active use, at low loads - up to 2 days.

The main 12 megapixel camera can replace a digital camera: built-in autofocus, LED flash and a full range of different shooting modes. For video calls, 2 megapixels are intended front-camera.

Basic modules WiFi, Bluetooth and GPS are built in.

The device is equipped with the most popular this moment, OS version Android 4.2, - smooth animation, fast loading, intuitive interface.

Background lady from china

Lenovo S820 is positioned as a female smartphone, although there are no pronounced feminine features in it, and a man with such a smartphone will not look ridiculous. Externally, Lenovo S820 is beautiful and elegant, it looks especially attractive in red.

Equipment

The phone is packaged in a white, sturdy cardboard box with a stencil lettering Lenovo models... There are accessories inside.

The package includes: prefabricated Charger, microUSB cable, headset, a set of instructions (sorry, only in Chinese) and a warranty card. All accessories are made in the body color, in our case - white.

Appearance

Dimensions of the device (measured with a caliper): 69.8 x 139.5 x 9.1 (10.7) mm.

Weight with battery: 143g.

The phone is made of plastic. If you look closely, you will notice that the white parts of the case are covered with varnish interspersed with small sparkles. The front part is made in black and goes well with both white and red body colors. The device can be operated with two hands without any problems, one hand is also possible, but very inconvenient. The glossy body makes it pleasant to the touch, but painfully slippery. Therefore, in transport, you need to firmly hold the phone in your hands so that it does not slip away at the turn.

Above the screen is a 2 megapixel camera, as well as a light and proximity sensor. Like any other Lenovo smartphone, the lock (power) button is located on the top here, which is not very convenient. With a screen diagonal of 4.7 inches, only a pianist can reach the button with his index finger without intercepting the smartphone. A more convenient location for the lock button is the space under the volume buttons on the right side of the device. Left-hand side the smartphone is free of any buttons.

There is also no camera button.

Touch buttons are located under the screen: "Menu", "Home", "Back". The sensitivity is excellent, you don't need to press it several times to wait for the trigger. But, unfortunately, they are not equipped with backlighting, there is only a small LED indicator of missed events under the touch buttons.

The microUSB connector is now on the bottom (yes, this is what everyone dreamed of for so long when buying previous Lenovo phones). Standard depth connector. There are no problems with third-party cables. USB OTG via adapter is not supported.

The headset / headphone jack is standard - minijack 3.5mm. No kinks or protrusions. All existing headphones can be connected without problems.

The back of the smartphone houses the camera, flash and speaker.

To protect the glossy back cover from scratches, there is a small protrusion above the external speaker of the device. When the smartphone is on the table, it rests on the camera bezel and on the same ledge.

The back cover can be removed by snapping it off, for this there is a notch at the bottom left, no backlash was noticed. You have to make an effort to remove the cover. It also bends, which gives the user the opportunity not to break it too soon.

The overall impressions are positive.

Screen

The 4.7 "screen is made using OGS technology (touch and matrix are one piece), which almost completely eliminates glare and increases the viewing angles of the screen. IPS matrix. Glass with rounded edges, the so-called 2.5D curved glass (similar technology is used in the LG Optimus phone G) .The actual screen size is 59x104mm. The resolution is 720x1280 (HD). Viewing angles from all sides are almost 180 °. There is no color distortion. The screen does not fade in the sun. The backlight is uniform without glare. Flickering, phantoms, artifacts, ghosting, no interlace effects. The color rendition is excellent, the colors are rich, natural, but there is a slight shift in "warm" (yellow) shades. But this is noticeable only in comparison with other phones.

5-touch multi-touch. The sensitivity is excellent. There are no problems with the operation of the wheelbarrow on the borders of the screen.

Sound

The quality and volume of the ringing speaker are very good. There are no clipping, wheezing and rattling even at maximum volume. In a jacket pocket on a noisy street, a weak vibration is felt, and a bell can be heard a little. But if you close the phone speaker on the back cover with your finger, there will be almost no sound. The phone has an intelligent noise suppression system that allows you to hear the voice of the interlocutor and transmit your voice clearly and clearly. Sound quality in good headphones excellent, in standard a little noisy.

Sensors, alerts

There are 3 working sensors in the phone. Lenovo likes to hide real models and call them simply Lenovo, but this time they forgot about the accelerometer:

  • KXTIK-1004 3-axis Accelerometer
  • Lenovo Light Sensor
  • Lenovo Proximity Sensor
  • All sensors work flawlessly.
  • Testing was carried out in the Sensor List 3.5 program

To notify about the charging process, missed events, a multicolor (red, green, blue) LED is installed at the bottom under the screen, made in the form of a thin strip / ruler about 5 mm long. It is not very bright, so you need to get used to determining if there are missed events.

Camera

The main camera is equipped with a 12 megapixel sensor, LED flash and autofocus. In good light, the quality of the pictures is excellent, but in low light, the camera starts to give out decent noise, and the pictures seem a little blurry. Pictures from the front 2 megapixel camera are no better than from similar cameras with a 1.3 megapixel sensor. When trying to take a closer picture, autofocus simply does not work. However, autofocus can be directed to a subject by touching the screen while shooting.

A proprietary application from Lenovo "Supercamera" is used for shooting. I think the quality of the photos is quite high. It's still a phone, not a DSLR. When filming standard application"Supercamera" video is recorded in MPEG-4 ASP (H.263) format and audio in AAC-LC stereo format, which are packed in a 3gp container. The maximum video resolution is 1920x1088. It is not possible to change the container to mp4 and the video format to MPEG-4 AVC during shooting by standard means. You can only install third-party Camera applications that can do this. But this will increase the load on the processor and power consumption when shooting.

Battery

Capacity: 2000 mAh.

Battery weight: 39 g.

A 2000 mAh battery is currently the standard for dual-SIM smartphones with a screen diagonal of more than 4 inches. The autonomy of the smartphone did not bring any surprises, with standard use The battery will have to be charged every day, and with a load of heavy games, you can settle at the outlet in the afternoon. Our standard tests have shown that the Lenovo S820 is discharged in 9 hours 34 minutes when using the Internet, and when watching a video in 10 hours and 2 minutes.

Separately, I would like to highlight the LenovoPower utility, which allows you to optimize the power consumption of your smartphone depending on the situation. There are 3 different power saving modes available, which differ in a certain set of rules of behavior for a smartphone. For example, in the maximum battery saving mode, the backlight brightness will be reduced, and when the screen is locked, the Wi-Fi module will be disabled, Mobile Internet and all background applications will be closed.

Of course, the utility allows you to create your own mode with manual setting all rules for communication modules and actions when locking the screen. There is also a function to turn on and off the smartphone on a schedule. The program contains general tips for increasing the operating time of your smartphone and general information about using the battery.

Shell, OS

The phone has Android 4.2.1 OS (firmware ROW_S117), there is already a Chinese firmware S512 with version 4.2.2.

Lenovo has moved away from use since the previous generation of phones standard design OC Android is developing its own design with might and main. In general, they do it very well. But there are pros and cons:

  • Light colors of decoration.
  • Bookmark with basic settings.
  • Possibility to install separate ringtones and SMS on different SIMs.
  • The ability to change themes (Settings menu, notification curtains, boot animations, etc.) - available only in Chinese firmware.
  • Removed the item for statistics on battery consumption in the settings.
  • Lack of full-fledged theming in ROW firmware.

Why develop ROW firmware from scratch when you can only do a small modification and localization of the Chinese one? Chinese firmware look much more stable and functional.

Separate application for organizing WiFi / Bluetooth / USB access points.

IdeaFriend application (calls, contacts, SMS) is "raw": entering SMS in portrait mode does not work, a convenient notification with SMS text and the ability to quickly respond is displayed only when the screen is unlocked, the call screen is ill-conceived (too large font for displaying the caller with a stupid scrolling from -for which it is not always clear who it is).

Graphics with letters on the buttons of the phone, absolutely not corresponding to the design theme, wandering from phone to phone for a long time (Is it really so difficult to draw localized buttons in the same style as the English version of the design?).

Huge 3G and G icons next to SIM signal strength icons.

Inner memory

The phone has a 4 GB EMMC (Embedded Multi Media Card) flash memory module on board. It hosts various system partitions, including sections:

  • preload 198 MB (a section that stores pre-installed applications that will not disappear after wipe "a)
  • system size 756 MB (OS)
  • data size 1008 MB (custom applications, settings)
  • cache size 124 MB (temporary files)
  • sdcard size 1488 MB (analogous to SD-card)

Wireless interfaces

The phone supports standards GSM 850/900/1800 / 1900MHz, WCDMA IMT-2000 (3G 2100MHz) / GSM-900 (3G 900MHz) for SIM-1 and only GSM 850/900/1800 / 1900MHz for SIM-2.

3G Internet on SIM-1 operates in HSPA + mode (speed up to 42.2 / 5.8 Mbps).

Bluetooth

The phone has been successfully paired with Motorola H790 and Nokia BH-503 headsets. Within the limits of "phone in your pocket, headset in your ear" there were no problems with loss of connection, loss of sound and others. No problems were found when pairing with other Android phones.

The phone successfully connects to routers and access points: TP-Link WR1043ND, D-Link DWL-3260AP, HP ProCurve MSM320. No additional dances with a tambourine, changing channels on the router and other settings are required (I think the bug with idle channels 12 and 13 will be corrected in the next firmware versions).

The speed of data exchange between the computer and the phone within the same router (the computer is connected with a cable, Network Card Realtek RTL8168C (1Gb / sec), Win7x64SP1): reception on the phone ~ 4.7 Mb / sec, transmission ~ 8.1 Mb / sec.

Speed Test via WiFi on an external 12 Mbps channel shows full speed.

The FM radio works without headphones, more than 20 stations were found in the city center, even where the stationary Chinese FM receiver does not catch.

The FM transmitter is not working, presumably there is no additional antenna.

Performance

Lenovo S820 is equipped with a quad-core processor MediaTek MT6589W with a clock speed of 1.2 GHz and 1 GB of RAM. PowerVR SGX 544MP GPU shows enough good performance different tests and allows you to comfortably play top games.

For testing, we took Real Racing 3 and GTA 3. The result was more than satisfactory, not a single slowdown was noticed.

Test results in various benchmarks:

  • AnTuTu Benchmark: 13381
  • AnTuTu 3DRating: 2143
  • Quadrant Benchmark: 4785
  • SQL Benchmark: 39.234 sec
  • BenchmarkPi: 397 ms
  • Linpack: 166.174 MFlops
  • Vellamo: 1448/450
  • SunSpider javascript Benchmark (Chrome): 1454 ms
  • NenaMark 2.4: 44.5 fps
  • Epic Citadel, High Performance: 55.1 fps
  • 3DMark - The Gamer`s Benchmark: 3174/1590/2576
  • Basemark ES 2.0 Taiji Free: 14.05 fps
  • Basemark X 1.0: 4.357 fps / 2.297 fps

Summary

The Lenovo S820 is yet another proof that Chinese smartphone makers have made great strides. In addition to a nice price, now you also get an excellent design and good performance, which could not be said about smartphones that came out a year ago.

Advantages:

Screen, weight, battery, radio without headphones, and more. Very cool screen coverage and good value for money and functionality of the phone.

Disadvantages:

A small inconvenient power button, the speaker behind the case easily overlaps. The camera is not bad, but expected more High Quality... There are no arrows on the keyboard, HTC had an excellent track-sensor, although no one has it on current models. It's a pity, because this is an irreplaceable thing for editing text. Displaying names in contacts is inconvenient: if a lot is written, then you do not see all the information; if two numbers are recorded per contact, then it is inconvenient to select the second number. The keyboard periodically slows down, it is not very clear to get into it with your fingers, or you should buy a stylus.

Before that was the first HTC Desire, where the screen is one inch smaller, but the keyboard and touch are much more convenient. A fairly high level of minimum screen brightness - it hurts your eyes in the dark. WIFI is not that powerful, HTC had a stronger, weak vibration signal.

Accelerometer(or G-sensor) - sensor of the device's position in space. As a primary function, the accelerometer is used to automatically change the orientation of the display image (vertical or horizontal). Also, the G-sensor is used as a pedometer, it can be controlled by various functions of the device by turning or shaking.
Gyroscope- a sensor that measures the angles of rotation relative to a fixed coordinate system. Able to measure angles of rotation in several planes at the same time. The gyroscope together with the accelerometer allows you to accurately determine the position of the device in space. Devices using only accelerometers have lower measurement accuracy, especially when moving quickly. Also, the capabilities of the gyroscope can be used in modern games for mobile devices.
Light sensor- a sensor, thanks to which the optimal values of brightness and contrast for a given illumination level are established. The presence of the sensor allows to increase the operating time of the device from the rechargeable battery.
Proximity sensor- a sensor that detects when the device is close to the face during a call, turns off the backlight and locks the screen, preventing accidental presses. The presence of the sensor allows to increase the operating time of the device from the rechargeable battery.
Geomagnetic sensor- a sensor for determining the side of the world to which the device is directed. Tracks the orientation of the device in space relative to the earth's magnetic poles. The information received from the sensor is used in cartographic programs for orientation on the ground.
Atmospheric pressure sensor- sensor for accurate measurement of atmospheric pressure. It is part of the GPS system that allows you to determine the height above sea level and speed up the location.
Touch ID- fingerprint identification sensor.

Satellite navigation:

Gps(Global Positioning System - global system positioning) is a satellite navigation system that measures distance, time, speed and determines the location of objects anywhere on Earth. The system is designed, implemented and operated by the US Department of Defense. The main principle of using the system is to determine the location by measuring the distance to the object from points with known coordinates - satellites. The distance is calculated from the signal propagation delay time from its sending by the satellite to being received by the GPS receiver antenna.
GLONASS(Global Navigation Satellite System) - Soviet and Russian satellite navigation system, developed by order of the USSR Ministry of Defense. The measuring principle is the same American system GPS navigation... GLONASS is intended for operational navigation and time support of land, sea, air and space-based users. The main difference from the GPS system is that the GLONASS satellites in their orbital motion do not have resonance (synchronization) with the Earth's rotation, which provides them with greater stability.
