DESCRIPTION

The principle of operation of the heat meter is to measure the volume (flow rate) and temperatures of the heat carrier in the forward and return pipelines and the subsequent determination of thermal energy by processing the measurements with a secondary converter.

The heat meter DIO-EETSP includes:

Heat calculator DIO-99 economic;

One or two flow sensors (flow transducers) installed on the supply and / or return pipelines;

A matched pair of resistance thermocouples.

Flow transducers and pairs of thermal transducers are given in the appendix.

Liquid flow transducers installed on the supply and return pipelines generate pulse or frequency electrical signals proportional to the flow rate of the coolant through the supply and return pipelines. These signals are sent to the heat meter, where they are converted into readings of the coolant flow through each flow measurement channel. Resistance thermal converters measure the temperature in the supply and return pipelines, followed by signal processing in the heat meter. The heat calculator calculates the volume, mass, and thermal energy based on the signals from the flow converters and resistance thermocouples.

The heat meter provides indication of thermal energy and heat carrier mass on a two-line sixteen-digit liquid crystal display.

Values ​​of flow, mass, volume, coolant temperature in

supply and return pipelines can be transmitted to the IBM PC via the RS232 or RS485 interface and displayed in a tabular or graphical form. The heat meter produces:
