2 ways to reset your router
Hard Reset

For this purpose, routers have a special feature. "Reset" button (usually located on the back wall of the device). I note that you can’t just accidentally press the button: it is small and recessed into the body of the device (you will need a pencil or a pin).
To reset, just press and hold it down for 10-15 seconds. Soft reset
It can be used if you were able to log into the router's web interface. Most often, it is used if the router begins to behave unstable, or there are too many network parameters need to be changed (it’s quicker to “reset” them and set them again).
Let's look at the steps in order.
1) Go to the router settings (). Usually it is enough to enter the IP address 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.1.1 into address bar browser and use it as login and password admin .
2) In the web interface, you need to find the “System Tools” / “Management” / “System Tools” section (what the section is called depends on your router model and firmware version).
