Expert Home records all user actions performed on the computer in a special encrypted report in a hidden folder.
If you have an Internet connection, the program copies generated reports to remote Softex servers in the background.
To view reports remotely, you need to go to the site http://admin.exspy.ru and enter the computer ID and password issued when the remote tracking function was activated.
You can view the report from any computer or mobile device on which the browser is installed.
Important: all reports stored on the server are additionally encrypted with the AES-256 algorithm, which excludes the possibility of their decryption. Passwords are written using irreversible encryption methods, so only you know the password.
Internet tracking
In the Expert Home control panel, in the menu on the left, select the "Internet monitoring" section. An information window will open, in which you can activate the remote monitoring function (it is disabled by default).
Make sure your computer is connected to the Internet and click the "Allow remote tracking».
After that, the computer will be given a number (ID), consisting of 9 digits and a random password. Write down these data, they will be required for remote monitoring through the site http://admin.exspy.ru

- "Create a screenshot on the following actions" - selection of those user actions at which a screenshot will be created. It is recommended to leave all actions enabled, because with this configuration, screenshots will be created logically and the screenshot report will be more informative.
- "Image quality" - select the image quality of the created screenshot, while 100% - best quality, and vice versa. To save disk space, you can reduce this value, the picture will take up less space, but its quality will be lower.
- "Minimum interval between snapshots" - the interval between created screenshots will be no less than the value set here. It is recommended to set the value between 2 and 4 seconds. If the value is set too low, screenshots will be created one after another when the user is active, which can lead to an additional load on computer resources. And vice versa, if you set the interval too large, the load on resources will decrease, but the information content of the generated screenshots will be worse.
- "Don't create screenshots when the computer is idle" - the option will allow you not to create unnecessary screenshots by timer if the user is idle.

- "Store reports in a folder" - you can change the folder for storing reports. By default, reports are stored on system drive where Windows is installed.
- "Check for program updates" - this option is used to automatically notify about new versions when opening the program control panel.

Deleting reports
